First, let’s just say I’m not going to lie to receive a $10 discount. When I buy wigs, I read the reviews and expect them to be honest so, here we go. I purchased my hair about a month ago. I received the hair in two weeks. There was two problems. 1.) I Asked for a full lace wig but was told due to the pandemic, it would take months. So very confusing and frustrating because I wanted to make loc toupee for my fiancé who is insecure about his hair. They refunded me back the difference AFTER the two weeks of waiting for the hair. 2.) it takes them 3-5 business days to “customize” the hair before they ship it. When I requested to do it myself so they could send the wig as soon as possible, I was told they do it. Weird. Especially since it wasn’t plucked or bleached when I received it. Those are the cons, the pros was that the wig they said they shipped was EXACTLY what they said. The lace could’ve been a little higher to the wig to hide your wefts and it was a LITTLE thick but very manag

I place a order for a 360 frontal 18inches on June 22 the store contacted me and told me they didn’t have 18 inches it would take 3-4 months to make so I settled for the 16inches shipping was horrible but it wasn’t the sellers fault when I placed the order the shipped it from their ware house in New York I live in jersey i didn’t receive the hair until July 3rd for whatever reason the post office claim they didn’t receive the package however the seller kept in contact with me every day and sent me screenshots from their track system and they were more than apologetic this hair is everything the texture it’s so natural like a blow out the lace wasn’t pre bleached which I don’t mind 4 combs on the inside & two strap hooky things in the back this was my first time doing a 360 lace so the back I felt like it wasn’t enough room for me to work with the combs and straps are like 2 cm behind where the lace start but overall I do love the wig and hair and I’m mad for not ordering inches but I

The hair texture is soo good. Love The hair, true to length. Looks very natural. Only thing is that ordered a 13×6 but was smaller then normal so I have to fix it. But would order again. The communication is very good

I recently ordered the hair and all i can say is that I LOVE IT. The knkts were preplucked so i don’t have to over pluck them and it’s pre bleached so it arrived in good condition. Thank you Nabeauty. You kept in communication with me and I appreciate it.

I really don’t understand how anyone could be displeased with this wig.It is exactly as depicted in the photo.I bought it with reservations due to some of the reviews I read and was pleasantly surprised.It looks natural and has a kinkiness that is manageable.It is my favorite unit at this time

This my 2nd time I will ordered from Na beauty store I ordered this 2nd hair for my hair friend, she loved the her when she saw the one I ordered for myself and she asked me to order for her. She told she loves rhe hair when she gotit and installed it, lots of our friends asked for the store’s name to get one for themselves. keep the good work Na BEAUTY fast shipping, good communication, high-quality human hair. I will surely order for more hair.
